Big Red Barn Folk Art & Crafters Fair

Browse 90+ local artists, crafters, farmers, makers, vendors, food trucks, & more among the historic buildings & landscape of the Bruentrup Heritage Farm during the Big Red Barn Folk Art & Crafters Fair, our biggest fundraiser of the year! Supporting local at this event supports our museum!

🚌 Shuttle Service – Maplewood Mall, Door 4 🚌
Shuttle service parking is at the Maplewood Mall.
Shuttle pick-up/drop-off is at Door 4. (Between Macy’s and Kohl’s.) [Link to Door 4 on Google Maps.]

Starting at 10:40 am, the shuttle runs every 10 mins to the Fair at MAHS – Bruentrup Heritage Farm.****
UPDATE: Due to mechanical issues with the shuttle’s lift system, we have moved accessible parking on-site at MAHS at 2170 Co Rd D East, Maplewood, MN 55109.

There is a short, paved walking path across the street from Harbor Pointe that leads directly to MAHS – Bruentrup Heritage Farm

VENDORS:

Please allow plenty of time for you to arrive unload at your location, and immediately remove your vehicle from the site before setting up.

There is a limited number of first come, first serve parking spaces behind the big red barn and coop. Additional parking for vendors is located along the prairie trail directly behind the farm and at Harbor Pointe half a block away.

Remember to bring your tent stakes/weights. Tables and chairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis. And finally, there are no open flames or smoking allowed on site.

We are allowing vendors the option to set up their tent/booth during the day between 10:00 am – 7:00 pm on Friday to give folks a little extra time and less stress the morning of the event.

If you plan on setting up Friday, please RSVP to this email with your approximate arrival time.

Vendors may begin their set-up on Saturday at 7am. All vehicles should be removed from the site by 10:30 am, please be prepared to be set up no later than 10:45.
