Supporting local at this event supports our museum! \n11 AM – 3 PM on Saturday\, May 13th\, 2023\nAt the Maplewood Area Historical Society – Bruentrup Heritage Farm\, Rain or Shine! \n(Shuttle and parking info below!) \n(Vendor info at bottom of page!) \n There is no admission fee for this event. All are welcome.  \nNew this year!\n Mimosas will be available for purchase for those 21+ with valid ID. Celebrate Mother’s Day early with us at the Folk Arts Fair!  \n Shuttle Service – Maplewood Mall\, Door 4 \nShuttle service parking is at the Maplewood Mall.\nShuttle pick-up/drop-off is at Door 4. (Between Macy’s and Kohl’s.) [Link to Door 4 on Google Maps.] \nStarting at 10:40 am\, the shuttle runs every 10 mins to the Fair at MAHS – Bruentrup Heritage Farm.****\nUPDATE: Due to mechanical issues with the shuttle’s lift system\, we have moved accessible parking on-site at MAHS at 2170 Co Rd D East\, Maplewood\, MN 55109.\n \n Park & Walk – Harbor Pointe Business Park \nPark and walk to the event by parking at:\nHarbor Pointe Business Park\n2079 County Rd D East\nMaplewood\, MN 55109 \nThere is a short\, paved walking path across the street from Harbor Pointe that leads directly to MAHS – Bruentrup Heritage Farm \n \n  \n There is NO ON-SITE PARKING at MAHS – Bruentrup Heritage Farm this year.  \nIf you have any questions\, please contact MAHS at events@MaplewoodMuseum.org. \nThank you! See you soon! \n  \nVENDORS: \nPlease allow plenty of time for you to arrive unload at your location\, and immediately remove your vehicle from the site before setting up. \nThere is a limited number of first come\, first serve parking spaces behind the big red barn and coop. Additional parking for vendors is located along the prairie trail directly behind the farm and at Harbor Pointe half a block away. \nRemember to bring your tent stakes/weights. Tables and chairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis. And finally\, there are no open flames or smoking allowed on site. \nWe are allowing vendors the option to set up their tent/booth during the day between 10:00 am – 7:00 pm on Friday to give folks a little extra time and less stress the morning of the event. \nIf you plan on setting up Friday\, please RSVP to this email with your approximate arrival time. \nVendors may begin their set-up on Saturday at 7am. All vehicles should be removed from the site by 10:30 am\, please be prepared to be set up no later than 10:45. \nIf you have any questions\, please contact MAHS at events@MaplewoodMuseum.org.
